Verified email intake is open for operational support and vulnerability reports:
Product support & troubleshooting: Email support@theprooffoundry.com for installation help, bug reports, and verification questions. Before writing, review the self-service guidance on this page and prepare the details in the diagnostic worksheet.
Inbound messages are routed directly to engineering. We do not offer live chat, 24/7 staffing, or guaranteed response times. The self-service guidance below resolves the most common setup and verification issues immediately.
Each Windows download offered on this site is not code-signed, according to its release record. A matching SHA-256 identifies a file relative to our published hash; it is not a guarantee of safety or an independent certification. Each product’s Truth File lists its files and their signing status.
Product Help
Help by product
Direct guidance for each Proof Foundry software product.
Reality Gate v1.1.0 (Windows), first published on 15 August 2026, was later withdrawn after a security packaging defect. No current public download is offered. Its historical record remains available. Proof Foundry's internal use of Reality Gate to qualify other products does not authorize or certify a successor public release.
Withdrawn · no public download — The former v1.1.0 release is withdrawn and no public download is available.
Bedtime enforcement timer with Smart Lights and Wi-Fi Guard support for Windows and Android.
Public Windows v11.2.0 available from its public GitHub release (portable ZIP). This site offers no Android companion download. The release record lists Android companion v11.1.1 but publishes no companion file or checksum.
Decision-focused weather for Android. See when to head outside, what to wear now, what to bring later, and ask weather questions with forecast-backed reasons.
Structural page-resource capture and portable proof-bundle workbench built on the underlying HyperSnatch engine.
Public Windows v2.0.0 is available from Proof Foundry downloads. The installer is unsigned; verify its SHA-256 before running.

Privacy & Data Flow disclosures
Read evidence-backed disclosures for what stays on your device, what uses local or remote network connections, and how storage operates across our products:
Unsigned or low-reputation software executables may trigger Windows SmartScreen prompts ("Windows protected your PC / Unknown Publisher") on launch.
Verify the artifact identity by checking its SHA-256 checksum on your computer prior to running.
A matching SHA-256 checksum confirms that your local file is byte-for-byte identical to the published build artifact.
A matching digest does not itself prove safety, publisher identity, or Microsoft SmartScreen reputation.
The user must review the SHA-256 match and decide whether to proceed based on local trust requirements.
Note: Proof Foundry software binaries do not instruct users to bypass OS security controls unconditionally. See The Proof Standard for our complete verification doctrine.
Android Guidance
Android installation & APK verification
Installing Android APK packages directly (such as ForgeCast Weather or mobile companion apps) requires granting your web browser or file manager permission to install unknown apps.
Before installing an APK, verify the SHA-256 digest on a desktop device using PowerShell (Get-FileHash .\<apk-filename> -Algorithm SHA256) or terminal tools.
Phone-native verification steps are not published yet; until they are, use the desktop check above.
Seamless in-place app updates require signing continuity across versions. If an app update fails to install over an existing version, verify signing compatibility details on the product page.
Verification Standard
Checksums & artifact identity
SHA-256 match = byte-identity verification against the published digest.
A matching SHA-256 confirms that the file you have is byte-for-byte identical to the artifact identified by the published digest.
The 8-Field Checksum Identity Schema
Every primary download checksum block presents the following identity context:
Product: The canonical software product name.
Version: Exact semantic version string (e.g. v1.1.0).
Release / Channel state: Public release, release candidate, or pilot.
Artifact filename: The exact expected file name.
SHA-256: The 64-character hex cryptographic hash digest.
Match scope: Confirms local file byte-identity matches the published digest.
Signing / Publisher state: Explains code signature or unsigned status.
Distinction: SHA-256 digest matching verifies file integrity against the published manifest. It is distinct from Authenticode code signing, publisher identity verification, SmartScreen / Play Protect reputation, or third-party security audits. SHA-256 alone is not used to claim an artifact is signed or malware-free.
